Year-Round Mentoring Group for Reaching Secular Youth Culture

with Luke Greenwood

Programme Overview

Goal: To address some of the issues and opportunities raised in the current secularized Global Youth Culture, and share principles for relevant evangelism and effective discipleship learnt through the experience of front line action among young people who would not usually walk into a church. Ultimately to encourage some new bold evangelists for Europe!

Plan:

  • A Pre-Forum Seminar in Wisla, Poland on 21 May 2022 (14:00-17:30 CEST)

  • An in-person meeting with Luke at the 2022 Forum

  • Four 1.5-hour webinars Three-day gathering in Krogis, Germany (near Dresden), from the 15-17th of July 2022.

  • Join Luke and the Steiger team on street evangelism as part of Revive Europe in December 2022. Costs for conference and transportation to be covered by participants. See details here: www.reviveeurope.org

  • Pre-Forum Conference at the 2023 Forum, on May 20, 2023 in Wisla, Poland. Participants will still need to apply for the European Leadership Forum and will be responsible for paying Forum fees in order to participate in the 2023 Forum. Participants must also pay for their own travel expenses.

Participants: Ten to twelve people with a call to share Jesus with people outside the church and reach their cities with the gospel.

Qualifications: The expectation is that the participants are involved in some form of evangelistic work among 16-35 year-olds, or are involved with this age group in the church context and want to learn to reach outside. It is also expected that the participants have leadership experience, and are between the ages of 18 and 35.
