Year-Round Mentoring Group for Women in Organizational Leadership

with Nola Leach

What Graduates Are Saying

It's helped me learn about myself and my leadership style. It's also helped me become more self-aware and learn how I can use my strengths to serve better as a leader in my ministry. I am excited to put into practice some of the things I learned.

Cristhina Danies, ministry leader from Bologna, Italy

“I am currently starting a new project with Women's Ministry and having the Ladies around, who know and have been through so many situations is super-beneficial. Also, the support and trust we developed (to talk about hard issues as well) makes it easier to deal with the daily life in Ministry.”

Maria Wojciechowska-Hamik, project manager in Poland

Programme Overview

This Year-Round Mentoring will aim to establish a firm biblical foundation for leadership. We will examine the nature of Christian leadership, identifying participants’ identity in Christ and talents. We will look at the nature of growth in leadership, looking at the challenges faced and the development of practical skills.

GOAL

To provide a safe space for the training and mentoring of women who are leading others in Christian organisations, empowering them to grow into the women God has called them to be. We will explore the leadership issues of identity, emotional intelligence, resilience, understanding our strengths, and a deeper appreciation of what is involved in leadership.

PLAN

  • A Pre-Forum Seminar in Wisla, Poland on 21 May (14:00-17:30 CEST)

  • Four two-hour webinars, with webinar assignments

  • Three-day retreat from noon to noon on 6-8 December 2022 (exact location TBD)

  • Pre-Forum Conference at the 2023 Forum (Friday, 19 May, dinner together – Saturday, 20 May, morning)
